We own and maintain our fleet rather than broker it, staged across three warehouses so a long haul is not on the critical path. Rent it on its own, or with the crews to install and operate it.

Electrical distribution
Distribution equipment rentals — panels, spider boxes, transformers and cable — sized to the load and terminated by our crews.
Cooling, heating and air handling.
Temporary cooling
5 tons to 100 tons — portable and packaged units for spaces that were never meant to be conditioned.
Chillers
56 tons to 500 tons, with the pumps, hoses and manifolds to connect them.
Air movement
72" high-volume fans, 20" flexible ducting with quick clamps, and the layout to make air actually reach where it is needed.
We manufacture our own AC filters.
Filters are the part nobody plans for and everybody runs out of. We build ours in house, which takes the lead time out of it.
AC filter manufacturing
Built in house rather than ordered in, so supply is something we control instead of something we wait on.
Non-stock sizes
A size that is not a catalog item is a manufacturing question here, not a lead-time problem.
Supplied with a PM program
Filters can come as part of a scheduled HVAC PM, so the change-out and the stock are handled together.
