NextGen Event Services came together when longtime partners in emergency services decided to formalize what they had been doing separately for years — power, HVAC, shelter and site support for the hardest sites to work on.
What we do
We assess a site, then supply and run the temporary infrastructure it needs — generators and distribution, battery storage, industrial HVAC and shelter — with the crews to install and operate it and a project manager running the job. We also service and repair that equipment, ours or yours, in the field or in the shop. Disaster response and large events are the same problem in different clothes: get the right equipment and the right people on site quickly, and keep them working.
How we work
Most of our work is for federal, state and NGO response teams and for event producers, which means the timelines are short and the tolerance for a failure is zero. We maintain our own equipment, we staff our own crews, and we would rather tell you what a site actually needs than sell you a package. Much of it runs under government contracts, so wage determinations and DBA and SCA certified payroll are routine here rather than something we have to gear up for.

Fleet
A full line of flatbed dually trucks fitted with service lube skids, plus half-ton trucks for non-service crews. We move our own equipment and our own people.
