Technician assessing a damaged substation at night in the rain
Careers

One application. Every job we run.

Apply once and you are in front of us for every crew we send out — generators, HVAC, electrical distribution. No account needed, and you can save your place and come back.

Open roles

Four crews. Same requirements, different work.

All four are traveling field positions. If you are not sure which fits, apply anyway — one application puts you in front of all of them.

What the work asks

Be straight with yourself about this part.

You travel

These are traveling field positions. Most of our projects run two months or longer, and the work is where the job is — not where the warehouse is.

Odd hours are normal

Disaster response and live events do not keep office hours. Nights, weekends and after-hours shifts come with the territory, particularly on site watch.

A driver's license matters

Standard is fine. A CDL Class A or B opens more work. A TWIC card is not required but it helps, because it opens up port and industrial sites.

Why here

What you get working for us.

Real certification

OSHA 10 and OSHA 30, forklift and aerial work platform certification, DISA and site-specific training. Credentials that stay with you wherever you go next.

Work worth doing

Federal, state and NGO disaster response, government projects, data centers, industrial work and live events. When the power has to stay on, we are the ones there.

A company that owns its gear

Three warehouses and our own fleet. You are working on maintained equipment with the parts and the shop behind you, not scrambling around a broker's rental.

Takes about ten minutes. You can save your place and come back — no account needed.

Equal opportunity

NextGen Event Services is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Reasonable accommodations are available on request — ask us at any point in the process.
